The Association of Specialty Coffee Producers of Marmato “APROCAESMAR” had the privilege of receiving training in Good Agricultural Practices, taught by Environmental Engineer, Vanesa Sánchez Estrada. During the training, Engineer Sánchez placed special emphasis on the importance of following a checklist of compliance criteria, thus ensuring that producers are aware of the necessary requirements to maintain sustainable and high-quality production.
